3TAY - Level 3 Trades Academy

Student will attend Top of the South Trades Academy (Te Pūkenga NMIT or Whenua Iti based) to focus on learning anything from Design & Digital Technology, Predator Control & Conservation and Creative Design for Hair and Make-up. Students will be attending these courses once a week or in blocks and offered between 18-22 credits. Year 13 students will be choosing this as a 6th subject and will required to see Mrs Wall in the Careers office for a discussion on its suitability. 

- Suitable for students aiming to gain industry knowledge, explore a career option and experience tertiary study

- Students need to be motivated to catch up on other subjects 

- Free courses which includes transportation provided to and from the relevant campus
