3HOS - Level 3 Hospitality
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mrs C. Laufkotter.
Students will produce food for and participate in running the Hospitality cafe window during interval and lunchtimes on a rostered basis. The course will cover a broad range of cooking and service skills used in the Hospitality sector and students will become proficient in espresso beverage preparation and service.
Recommended Prior Learning
Level 2 Hospitality or by interview with teacher in charge.
Contributions and Equipment/Stationery
$50 Bond for uniform. Refundable when returned clean at the end of the year.
Pathway
This course could lead to an apprenticeship, further tertiary study or employment in related sectors.
