9TEM - Technology Metal

Students will learn basic workshop engineering skills of cutting, shaping, joining and finishing metal. They will learn about a range of material properties and test for suitability and performance in situ, by creating a range of small outcomes for themselves and for others.  Students will create a final outcome that meets an identified need or opportunity, following a design process.
