Course Description Recommended Prior Learning

A love of art is an advantage.


Introduction to photography. Students will learn how to use photography as a visual language. They will explore photographic techniques eg lighting, composition, staging, photomontage etc while using both SLR cameras and their phones. Research and artist studies will help students understand how photographers express their ideas.
