10SOM2 - School of Music Vol2

This course is the perfect progression for students who have some prior experience learning an instrument or voice and/or students who have taken School of Music Vol 1. 

Musicians will focus on the techniques and skills specific to their chosen instrument to ensure they build the necessary skills and techniques.  Alongside a focus on these performance skills, students will explore their imaginative ideas in response to stimuli from genres such as video game music and film score classics.

Please note that students who are primarily interested in contemporary music may consider Year 10 School of Rock as an alternative option.  Both Year 10 School of Music Vol 2 and Year 10 School of Rock modules will prepare students suitably for Level 1 Music.
