Criminology is the study of crime and its effects on victims and society, and the workings of the criminal justice system including the police, courts and prisons. In Year 13 Criminology, we explore; 

Sociological theories explaining crime and deviance

Who commits crime in New Zealand, who are victims of crime? 

The New Zealand Justice system: The Police, Courts and Corrections

Gangs

Crime and the media.
