Students will develop skills in producing food for catered events and the school cafe. They will become proficient in espresso beverage preparation and service. There is a focus on barista skills, preserving, pasta, baking, and a garden-to-plate ethos.

Contributions and Equipment/Stationery$50 Bond for uniform. Refundable when returned clean at the end of the year.
