Course Description

An introduction to te reo Māori me ona tikanga (Māori language, customs and traditions). This module will also cover correct pronunciation, understanding of vowels long and short along with pepeha and mihimihi — an in-depth look at where the students come from. Also, a lot of fun, games and waiata singing.

Note: To study languages at Year 10 and above you must start in Year 9.
