2HOS - Level 2 Hospitality
Course Description
Students will develop advanced skills and knowledge in food preparation, food presentation, safe food handling and food service for the hospitality industry. They will make food for both school cafes and catered events within the school.
Recommended Prior Learning
Students must achieve Level 2 Unit standard 167 - Food Safety, to achieve any other credits in Level 2 or Level 3 Hospitality.
