Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mr H. McLellan, Dr J. Cubanski.
This course covers nuclear and atomic physics, electricity and magnetism, mechanics and motion, a research topic, and generally how the universe works in a physical sense. Physics is required for many tertiary courses such as architecture, engineering and health science.
Recommended Prior Learning
15 Science credits and 15 Mathematics credits STRONGLY recommended
Students wishing to take Physics should display an aptitude for logical thinking, creativity and be open to new ways of seeing the world.
