Course Description Recommended Prior Learning

Level 1 Technology Textiles, or by discussion with the teacher in charge.


Students will develop advanced skills and knowledge in design sketching, pattern development and construction techniques. These skills will enable students to follow a design process to create innovative textile outcomes to meet real needs.

Assessment Information

Students will complete a selection or all of the above assessments during the course of the year. There are unit standards options for alternative assessment which can be negotiated on an individual basis.
